Refund And Returns Policy

1.Returns and replacements are accepted within 15 days from the delivery of items. Items to be returned or replaced must be in resaleable conditions and contain the original packing material, manuals and blank warranty cards. Returned items are subject to inspection. Credit will not be granted for items unsuitable for resale. 

2.If the products Is damaged during transit, don not accept delivery, if accepted already kindly make a video of the damaged product before opening the packaging. Send us the video while applying for a replacement or refund.  Any Product that is damaged in transit and is rejected by you without accepting delivery from the courier is eligible for a 100% refund of the sale price of the Product.

3.Due to health, hygienic and safety reasons, Products which relate to personal hygiene and self-care cannot be returned. Products that come in contact with the body cannot be returned because they are single use items. No hygiene Product can be returned if the package has been opened.

4. BuzzDent may charge a cancellation or return fee as specified in the cancellation and returns FAQs, to facilitate the return shipping process.

5. In case of special orders, where Products are procured specifically for you, and in case of large orders (value more than Rs 10,000), BuzzDent may reject your return request at its own discretion. This is necessary as the manufacturers of the particular Products may not entertain such specific return requests.

Refunds

1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

2.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your wallet within 7 days.

3. In case your refund is rejected we shall ship the products back to you (as per your requirement). The shipping charges will be deducted from your refund amount 

4. For late or missing refunds kindly contact us on support@buzzdent.com.

5. Sale items: Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@buzzdent.com and send your item to: Buzzdent, 2nd Floor, Opp.Cooperative Market Ward No 5, College Road Kathua-184101 Jammu & Kashmir.

Shipping returns

1. To return your product, kindly mail us with the details  and we will let you know the shipping address as a response.

2. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

3. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

4. For return, you may ship the product back to us at the provided address using a shipping facility of your choice or we could facilitate the shipping process for you;  either  ways , the shipping charges will be borne by the buyer.

5. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
