  • c. Currently, we do deliver the products across India subject to the provisions of this Policy.

  • h. All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time of shipping, we shall notify you and process a refund amounting to the value of the order place via the original mode of payment with in 5 business days, We will notify you and refund the total amount using the original method of payment.

  • 2. DEFINITIONS

  • 3. COST OF SHIPPING
  • a. We charge you a shipping cost of RS. 150 for an order up to 2 kg  and charge an extra of Rs. 50 for every kg beyond 2kg
  • b. Shipping charges are applied at the check-out window along with the total price of the goods.
  • c. The aforementioned cost of shipping is applicable for delivery of products under this Website regardless of the value and delivery destination.
  • 4. SHIPPING UPDATES
  • a. One our order is shipped, you will get a notification with the detail of courier services provider and other relevant information through and email or SMS
  • 5. HANDLING TIME.
  • a. It usually takes 3-5 day(s) to process and dispatch the products once the order is placed with us.
  • b. We strive to process and dispatch your products at the earliest.
  • 6. TIME FOR SHIPPING
  • a. Delivery time depends on the product ordered and the location of delivery. Approximate delivery is specified on the product details or will be shown at the check-out window.
  • b. The delivery time is indicative and can vary due to external factors.
  • 7. BUY ONLINE – PICK UP IN-STORE
  • a. We provide the option of placing the order online and picking up the order at the nearest store.
  • b. It normally takes 24-48 hour(s) from the time of order to pack and set your order.
  • c. Once the order is ready for pick-up you will receive the notification through the following method email or SMS
  • d. At the counter, you can show the confirmation message received to collect your goods.
  • e. We will send a reminder email or SMS if your item is still waiting to be picked up.
  • f. We reserve the right to make changes or completely stop the in-store pick option without notifying the customers.
  • 8. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
  • a. Currently, we do not deliver to locations outside India.
  • 9. OTHER RULES
  • a. If you want to change the shipping address, you need to inform us of the same within 6Hour(s) after placing the order. The request to change the shipping address can be made only by a call (9653135456,8899943888)
  • b. If the order has not been processed, we will try to change the address, if your order is processed, we will not be able to change the address.
  • c. While We shall strive to ship all your ordered products together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.
  • d. The Cash on Delivery option is available for certain categories of products.
  • e. Partial refunds will not be entertained.
  • f. We endeavour to engage logistic partners, employees, agents with the highest standards and ethics, you agree and acknowledge that the actions, inactions of the delivery individuals are not in our control, and it is not possible for us to monitor and observe each delivery executive and we shall not be liable for any action or inaction from the part of logistic partners. Any disputes between you and logistics partners shall be settled between you and the logistics partner.
  • 10. RESTRICTIONS
  • a. Some items may not be eligible to be delivered to all geographical locations. You will be notified of the restricted items at the check-out page or before that.
  • 11. WRONG OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS
  • a. You shall ensure that all information that is submitted by you to us on the platform is true, complete, accurate and sufficient to identify the actual place of delivery.
  • b. If you have entered the wrong shipping information or contact details, it might cause a delay or missed delivery and you will not be eligible for a reshipment or a refund on such transaction.
  • 12. RETURN AND REFUND
  • a. Every effort is made so as to service the orders placed, as per the specifications and timelines mentioned with respect to a product. If due to any unforeseen circumstances or limitations from our side, the order is not shipped or delivered then such order stands cancelled, and the amount paid by you is refunded.
  • b. You can cancel the order after the Date of Transaction and prior to the dispatch of the product. The order cannot be cancelled once the dispatch has been initiated.
  • c. We will not process a return if you have placed the order for the wrong product model, colour, or incorrect product or service.
  • d. When you make a qualifying return. We will refund the full amount in your wallet after deducting the processing fee of any kind
  • e. If the issue has not been resolved within 7 (seven) business days, you can contact our customer care support.
  • f. Notwithstanding the other provisions of this Policy, we may refuse to provide replacement or refund for a product or service you purchased if:
  • I. The product purchased is sale items or promotional items (discounts, giveaways, etc.).
  • II. If the product has been used or opened.
  • III. The products are not in the same condition as when they were delivered.
  • IV. Misused the product in a way that caused the problem.
  • V. You knew or were made aware of the problem(s) with the product or service before you purchased it.
  • VI. Gifts or free services.
  • VII. The product is broken, tampered with or damaged.
  • VIII. The product is returned after the return window is closed or the Refund Period expires.
  • IX. Any other exceptions apply under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
  • X. Apart from the aforementioned goods and services, the following goods and services are not eligible for a refund: Tooth creme or mousse, MRC/Orthodontic trainers, Water Flossers, Chin Caps, headgear, face mask or other myofunctional appliances or any such personal care products not listed here.
  • g. For any repair the Customer has to directly contact the manufacturer, details will be mentioned in the manual provided with the products.
  • h. If the products Is damaged during transit, do not accept delivery, if accepted already kindly make a video   of the damaged product before opening the packaging. Send us the video buy applying for a replacement or refund.

  • 13. RULES OF RETURNING THE PRODUCT
  • a. The request for cancellation of the products can be made by a call.
  • b. You are eligible to return the product only if you return the products in the same condition in which you received them.
  • c. Pack the product properly and label the product with the order number, return address and your address.
  • d. The product shall be returned in its original packaging.
  • e. We do not accept liability for packages damaged during the return transit. It is the customer’s responsibility to pack the product properly to prevent any damage during transit.
  • f. Upon receiving your return request, we shall verify the request and if found genuine, we will arrange a pick-up of the product through an assigned logistics service provider.
  • g. The order returned must accompany all accessories (including freebies) which were serviced along with the order or else the cost of the accessories shall be recovered from the refund amount.
  • h. On receipt of the returned product, we will test it to identify the fault you have notified us.
  • i. A copy of the receipt or invoice shall be attached along with the returned product.
  • J. You will receive an email or SMS notification at your email address or mobile number provided to Us.
