The sterilization rolls are products of fundamental importance for correct sterilization process and instrument preservation. It can be used for both steam and eto sterilization process. The sterilization rolls are made of 60gm per meter square, high quality porous medical grade paper with a thickness of 83um and 58gm per meter square, polyester/polypropylene laminate with a thickness of 56um with an undelaminatable structure and using solvent-free adhesive. It is latex-free, lead free and feature good transparency, good microbiological barrier, excellent sealing hold with optimal anti-fog property. It Complies with EN 868-5, ISO 11140-1, ISO 11607-1 standards It has Colour indicators which are made from non-toxic, water-based ink, which ensures you that the sterilization process has been achieved. All imprints are placed outside the actual packing area which prevents ink contamination reaching the items. It has three sided weldings with impermeable and uniform canals for the highest microbe protection. It has appropriate peeling without the release of paper fibres or laceration of the film at the moment of opening the packaging.
